CycleFit Session's

CycleFit is run by Kyle and Tracey Marwood.  It is a 60min stationary trainer session for Cyclist of all levels looking to improve their fitness, strength, technique and ability on the bike.

Session's

There is two sessions per week - Tuesday 5:30pm or Thursday 5:30am

Session 'Block'

Each 'Block' consist of 6 sessions, one session per week, either on a Tuesday afternoon or Thursday morning.  

 

2020 Block 1 : COMPLETE

2020 Block 2 : 17th March to 23rd April

2020 Block 3 : 28th April to 4th June

2020 Block 4 : 9th June to 16th July
